Payment Terms
All payment is via Credit Card or PayPal. PayPal is a reputable, secure method for online transactions. They are owned by eBay. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to complete your transaction. The total price to be paid by buyer shall include tax, shipping and handling. Re-sellers must supply proof of re-seller's permit or re-sellers number in order to be exempt from sales tax. If a buyer is unable to provide such proof, sales tax will be charged.
Delivery of Goods
Unless otherwise stated in writing, goods are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Hiccup shall not be liable for any delays in delivery.
Return / Exchange Policy
It is agreed that by reason of the nature of the goods sold under this contract, fifteen days is a reasonable time for buyer to discover any latent defects after ship date. Revocation of acceptance must be made within that time, in writing. Any revocation after that time shall be void and of no effect. Products returned for refund within fifteen days from date of purchase must be packed in the original carton in which it was Charges for shipping and handling are non-refundable. Any outstanding shipping charges and bank charges for processing buyer's payments will be deducted from refunds or credits due buyer. There is a 25% re-stocking charge for items returned beyond the 15 days period. Certain items and special order items are non-refundable. Products that come into contact with bodily fluids must be unused. Hiccup reserves the right to verify that personal checks have cleared Hiccup's bank before a refund is paid to buyer.
Return Instructions
Hiccup must authorize all returns. Buyer must provide name, address, original transaction number and the reason for return, in order for the return to be processes. Returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted, COD's will be refused. Buyer must pay all return shipping costs. Risk of loss remains upon buyer until merchandise shipped for return is received by Hiccup. Products returned for refund must be in the original packaging and in like new condition. Any and all accessories that accompanied the original merchandise must be returned together with the product, in order for buyer to receive the appropriate refund. Items must be returned within seven days of Hiccup approving the return.
